After a summer of swan spotting our giant colourful sculptures will go to auction and help raise funds for the Mayor’s Charities and a future similar project. The Swan Trail Auction will present a unique opportunity to bid for one of the ten swans. Bidding will be taking place online and in person, using social media and the Town Council website. How to view and make a bid on the Swans
The Swan Trail Auction bidding extravaganza begins on Monday 23rd October from 12 noon and will close on Sunday 5th November at 11:59pm. All the swans can be previewed while they go on display in the Old Gaol Museum from Monday 23rd October until Friday 3rd November. The Buckingham Old Gaol Museum is open daily from Monday to Saturday 10am until 4pm. Please note there will be free access to see the swans exhibited in the courtyard only, usual admission fees to the Museum applies.
You may bid online, in person and by phone. Use the forms below to bid online for your favourite swan. Highest bid wins! To bid in person, enter your details onto one of the bidding sheets supplied at the Buckingham Tourist Information Centre inside the Old Gaol. Please write clearly! Our friendly team will be on hand to answer any questions. You may also bid by phone, please contact the Buckingham Town Council office on 01280 816 426.
