Buckingham Town Council are providing some free Town Centre and Market Entertainment for families to enjoy during the Easter Holidays. From taking part in a Dragon Egg Hunt to live entertainment, there are lots of ways to celebrate and have fun.
Commencing with a special appearance by the Easter Bunny on Saturday 30th March from 10am to 1pm, delighting visitors to the Street Market with chocolate treats. Additionally, a new town trail will be unveiled on the day, featuring a free Dragon Egg Hunt around the town centre shops which will run throughout the holidays.
Easter fun continues Saturday 6th April as Fun Factor Parties will be stationed outside the Old Gaol Museum from 10am until 1pm offering free face painting. And on Saturday 13th April, Simon Says Magic will enchant audiences between 10am to 1pm, this entertainment is also free and will be situated outside the Old Gaol Museum.
There is no need to book, just turn up on the day and enjoy the activities on offer! Cllr. Robin Stuchbury, Chair of the Town Centre & Events Committee said that “the collaboration between our committee members, events team, and Town Centre Manager in organising these free Easter activities presents another chance for families to come together in what we hope will be an enjoyable weekend. By bringing these activities to our town centre, Buckingham Town Council also aim to help support local businesses and traders in the town centre.”
